Acceptable Use Policy

Use Ghost Automate only for lawful, authorized, and appropriately reviewed workflow operations.
1. Authorized access only
Do not access or control a tenant, location, workflow, browser session, credential, or dataset unless you have permission from its owner. Do not share beta invitations or access credentials.
2. Messaging and customer data
Do not use the service for spam, deceptive messaging, harassment, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or communications sent without required consent.
3. Safe automation
Do not conceal destructive instructions, bypass approval controls, falsify verification results, or create unreasonable risk to people, customer accounts, or business operations.
4. Service integrity
Do not probe for other customers’ data, evade limits, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, scrape credentials, or use Ghost Automate to reverse engineer protected third-party systems.
5. Enforcement
Operations or beta access may be blocked or suspended when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect customers or integrations, preserve reliability, or comply with law.
