Privacy Policy

Effective July 26, 2026 · Version 2026-07-26

This notice explains what Ghost Automate processes during the private beta and why it is needed.

1. Information we process

We process account and workspace details, authentication and invitation records, connected HighLevel location identifiers, encrypted credentials, workflow instructions and results, audit events, support correspondence, and technical or security logs.

2. Why we use it

We use information to provide and secure the service, connect authorized locations, execute and verify requested operations, enforce approvals and limits, diagnose failures, provide support, and prevent abuse.

3. Service providers and connected services

Information may be processed by Render for hosting, Postgres or Supabase for persisted service data and recovery copies, Resend for account email and contact management, and HighLevel or LeadConnector when carrying out authorized requests.

4. Sharing and tracking

The private beta does not include advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking. Information is disclosed only to operate the service, follow your instructions, protect rights and security, or comply with law.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and operational records are retained while needed for the beta, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Provider logs and encrypted recovery copies may remain until they expire or are overwritten under provider schedules.

6. Security and choices

We use access controls, tenant and location scoping, encryption, hashed authentication tokens, bounded sessions, and audit records. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of account information by contacting us.

7. Updates

Ghost Automate is a business service and is not directed to children. Material policy changes will be posted with a new version and effective date.
