1. Information we process

We process account and workspace details, authentication and invitation records, connected HighLevel location identifiers, encrypted credentials, workflow instructions and results, audit events, support correspondence, and technical or security logs.

2. Why we use it

We use information to provide and secure the service, connect authorized locations, execute and verify requested operations, enforce approvals and limits, diagnose failures, provide support, and prevent abuse.

3. Service providers and connected services

Information may be processed by Hostinger for hosting, PostgreSQL for persisted service data, Supabase for recovery copies, Resend for account email and contact management, and HighLevel or LeadConnector when carrying out authorized requests.

4. Sharing and tracking

The private beta does not include advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking. To compare our two homepage experiences, we use a first-party random browser identifier to count homepage views, signup clicks, and completed signups. The experiment records do not contain your name, email address, form contents, or the identifier itself; the identifier is hashed before storage.

Information is disclosed only to operate the service, follow your instructions, protect rights and security, or comply with law.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and operational records are retained while needed for the beta, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Anonymous homepage experiment visitor and conversion records are deleted after 90 days. Daily aggregate experiment counts may be retained for up to 400 days. Provider logs and encrypted recovery copies may remain until they expire or are overwritten under provider schedules.

6. Security and choices

We use access controls, tenant and location scoping, encryption, hashed authentication tokens, bounded sessions, and audit records. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of account information by contacting us.

7. Updates

Ghost Automate is a business service and is not directed to children. Material policy changes will be posted with a new version and effective date.
