Private beta policy
Terms of Service
Effective July 26, 2026 · Version 2026-07-26
These terms govern access to the invitation-only Ghost Automate private beta.
1. Private-beta service
Ghost Automate is an experimental workflow-control service. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change. The beta is provided without a guaranteed service level and may contain errors.
2. Your account and authority
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use Ghost Automate only for HighLevel locations and data you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for reviewing instructions and approvals issued through your account.
3. Workflow actions
Review proposed changes before approval and test workflows before relying on them. Ghost Automate may refuse or pause unsupported, ambiguous, destructive, or unauthorized operations.
4. Beta access and suspension
Access is invitation-only and subject to beta limits. Access may be suspended to protect customers, integrations, or the service; address abuse or security risk; comply with law; or conclude the beta.
5. Ownership and feedback
You retain ownership of your business data and instructions. Ghost Automate retains its software, branding, and documentation. Feedback may be used to improve the service.
6. Responsibility and availability
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by applicable law. You remain responsible for reviewing automation behavior, complying with messaging and privacy laws, and maintaining backups of critical business information.
7. Changes
Material changes will be posted with a new version and effective date. Continued beta access may require acceptance of updated terms.
